Jon Kent
Development and Communications Consultant

Jon Kent has more than 25 years of fundraising and communications experience in the nonprofit sector.  Jon was the Vice President of Development for the Tennessee Division of the American Cancer Society (1996-1998), Director of Marketing and Communications for the Mid-South Region of the American Cancer Society (1998-1999), and Associate Director of Develoment,  Vanderiblt-Ingram Cancer Center and Director of Advancement Communication for the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (1999-2002). Jon’s unique experiences since then as a consultant to nonprofits in fundraising and fundraising communications have attracted clients from all over the country to seek his services.

Jon’s recent client list includes Hasbro Children’s Hospital, The Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital of Vanderbilt University, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, University of Southern California Neurosciences Institute, Weill Cornell Medical College, Vanderbilt University, Rhode Island Hospital, the Dan Marino Foundation, and Centerstone Behavior Health, as well as many other prominent institutions.
