A new VPG blog post is up! Click below to read more.
Our health care landscape continues to be faced with unprecedented challenges and uncertainty. The demands placed on CEO’s to navigate this ever-changing territory are similarly unparalleled. Losing sight of the power philanthropy plays in achieving vision and mission, even as external demands mount, may come at an enormous opportunity cost.
Our firm's President, Susan Holt, is partnered with the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy for a live webinar on February 14, 2017, titled, The Psychology of Giving: What Neuroscience Tells Us. The session looked at findings from neuroscience and the correlations between happiness, valuable experiences, social connection and meaningful giving. Susan offered real-life, practical tips for engaging major donors for high impact philanthropy. The session was designed for chief development officers, major gift staff and executive leaders.
